Kokondo Karate

Techniques of Kokondo Karate are extremely effective and do not rely on one's physical strength. This Japanese style of self defense prepares students for surprise attacks, defense against grabs & holds. Informal Saturday workouts will be announced. Instructor is Sandan (3rd degree black belt) Jody Carter. NOTE: Pre-registration is required the Friday before the first class.

Kajukenbo
Ages 6-15
Kajukenbo is a dynamic street related self defense system combining the best of five systems, Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Kempo and Kung Fu. This class will teach youth the skills and discipline of martial arts and improve confidence, concentration and physical skills. Students will learn strikes throws, sweeps and falls. Beginning to Advanced students welcome. Parent participation is encouraged. This course is for youth aged 6-15 (students 4-5 years of age may be admitted to the course after being evaluated by the instructor on the first day of class).

Tonya's Cardio Kickboxing, Self Defense & Total Body Conditioning
Adults & Teens 12 years and up
Create a little steam during this aerobic workout! Medium to high impact cardiovascular workout drills teach proper kickboxing form and technique, followed by one-on-one instruction in self defense methods using real life scenarios.
