TopSunrise Fitness Boot Camp
Ages 16 and older
As ONE, you can Train; Together, we can BE STRONG!
Looking for a fun and motivating way to get in great shape, develop disciplined exercise habits, and start your day off right!? This outdoor, fitness boot camp program is the answer! Wake up early, and use the number one fitness tool ever invented...your body!
This training can be done at any fitness level, and is designed to encourage you to work hard to achieve your personal best. Workouts include cardio training, speed training, muscle endurance training, partner-resisted training, strength training, agility drills, and flexibility work. Upon completion of this program expect to see marked increases in strength, endurance, energy, flexibility, and self confidence; improved muscle shape and tone; and decreases in inches and body fat!
Come enjoy the outdoors, benefit from the camaraderie of team training, and most importantly, INVEST in yourself!

TopOutdoor Fitness Bootcamp 4 Kids
Ages 9-13
We know how important it is for your child or children to exercise and to incorporate fitness into their life. Join Bootcamp Instructor, Tina Salazar, as she leads a fun-filled hour of high-energy, structured exercises and training regiments, geared to children at all fitness levels. The fitness bootcamp for kids includes resistance training, body weight exercises, balance, stabilization, cardiovascular endurance, CORE strength training, and other areas that will help your children learn to work as a team, develop confidence, and a sense of self discipline as they succeed at the challenges.
