Focus on proper platform, beginning level overhand serving, proper stance/technique for setting, basic rotation, moving on the court, communicating with teammates, proper hitting approach, and basic blocking technique.

Intermediate Skills Camp
Focus on proper platform, intermediate overhand serving, proper stance/technique for setting, intermediate rotations, offense/defense positioning on the court, proper digging technique, hitting approach and swing, intermediate blocking technique, communicating with teammates.

Intermediate Skills Clinic
Focus on proper platform and passing to the setter, intermediate sets (outside, middle, back sets), hitting approach and swing, intermediate overhand serve (placement on the court), intermediate positioning on the court (4/2, 5/1 and 6/2 rotations).

Focus on basic setting, hitting, and blocking techniques including proper hand positioning, 3 step approach, proper swing, and timing for blocks and hits.

Beginning Passing/Digging/Serving Clinic
Focus on proper platform and passing technique, digging the ball from a hit, and basic overhand serving skills.

Intermediate Setting/Hitting/Blocking Clinic
Focus on more advanced setting, including outside, middle, and back setting, proper 3 step approach, swing with a wrist snap, and proper approach and timing for blocking.

Focus on proper platform and passing to the setter, focus on proper placement on the court for digging/passing to the setter, focus on intermediate overhand serving, including serving to target areas on the court.
