For more information on any of our summer specials, please call Redding Recreation at 225-4095 prior to Memorial Day and then the Redding Aquatic Center at 245-7247. Regular admission fees apply unless otherwise noted.

WATERAMA 2012
Celebrate a Safe Summer. Welcome in the sun and the swimming season as you learn how to be safe in, on and around water. Check out our kayaking opportunities and swim lesson placement. Hope to see you there!
Activities Offered:

- Children's art contest/carnival
- Drawings - free water lessons for kayaking/swimming lessons

Fee: Event is FREE due to sponsorship from California Department of Boating and Waterways.

Opening day 2012
The Redding Aquatic Center is officially open for the Spring/Summer!! Register early for swim classes, kayak classes, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP), diving and so many more. Remember that swimming is also one of the best all-around fitness routines for your body so now may be a good time to get a Water Fitness Pass. Get in a couple of laps while your children are taking lessons or perhaps you enjoy an early morning routine.
